The Coconut is a bright and airy home, just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our home is ideal for couples and families with up to 4 kids. We have thoughtfully equipped our home so you’ll find you have everything you need during your stay. We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast!
The Coconut is an 800 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has a twin and queen bed. The coastal inspired bathroom includes a shower/bathtub.
We also have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space and a private backyard oasis that will be perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evenings around the fire pit.
Enjoy all of the additional amenities free of charge including washer and dryer on site, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. You’ll have plenty of on site parking and it is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood near many attractions Cocoa Beach has to offer.
***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. This is an 800sq ft home with ceiling fans in each room. 74 degrees is a nice cool and comfortable setting but if you prefer staying in a home at a much lower temperature this may not be the best fit for you.
This home is part of a duplex. The entire right side of the home will be yours for the duration of your stay. There is a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for three vehicles.

- Honor all Rules
-If using outdoor cushions and amenities we require you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use. The guest will be responsible for replacement of any items damaged during their stay due to negligence.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire right side of the home including the laundry area and garage for laundry & equipment storage.
Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for beach supplies and equipment only.

The Dinosaur Store and Museum: For the dinosaur fans in the family, take them to The Dinosaur Store and Museum (a combination of museum and store that’s fun and includes an arcade, history, and science facts.
Parks: Parks in the area include Jetty Park Pier, where you can watch the cruise ships leave and arrive in port, Manatee Park, Banana River Park, Center Street Park, and Lori Wilson Park is right on the beach.

Located conveniently between Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, our 830 sq ft home is well designed and makes efficient use of space. This home is the right side of a duplex and was beautifully updated including new mattresses, linens, and more!
The kitchen is well stocked with a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, magic bullet and 6 qt crock pot. The washer and dryer is located in the garage. We provide ground coffee, tea, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, spice rack, olive oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, cleaning supplies, beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cruisers. There is a borrow basket in the kitchen cabinet full of miscellaneous items you may need during your stay, feel free to leave anything in the basket for new guests! We provide child protectors on all of the electrical outlets, black out curtains and plastic plates and cups for kids.
There is a gas grill on site, propane is INCLUDED.

Maximum 4 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 4 small kids in total.
Have two families or a big group looking to stay together? Both sides of the duplex are available to book together and have a 10 ft gate that can join the backyard spaces together. Please message us directly for help booking the entire place.
Due to occupancy limits, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.
No parties. Must be age 24+ to rent. No pets allowed.
**This home is part of a duplex. We please ask that you are courteous to your neighbors and lower the noise after 9pm.
