About the Space:
This 2 story home offers: Master(King) on main floor. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms. 1 King room, 1 Queen room and the spacious bunk room offers a traditional twin bunk and a large queen over queen bunk. A pack-n-play and booster highchair are provided. An essential oil diffuser is provided with some oils or you can bring your own!

Located upstairs is also the large gathering area with a sectional sofa, 65 inch TV, full size Foosball table and a full size arcade game to play some of your favorite 80's games!

Laundry Room

Enjoy the fenced back yard with gas fire pit, outdoor seating, outdoor dining, yard games including corn hole and KanJam. We have provided a collapsible beach wagon, paddle board and kayak for you to take to the lake or beach to enjoy. You may use anything in the shed....just put it back and return the lock!

Guest access:The house and yard are yours to enjoy. We have one locked owners closet to keep supplies, otherwise it is available for your enjoyment. The front door is a coded deadbolt. You will be given your unique code on the day of check-in. We have one security camera on the front of the house covering the door and driveway. Must be 25 to rent. Open to exceptions if you contact us. We have super responsible kids under 25:)

Other Details:There are many great options for enjoying the beach. We have a list of those options on the inside pantry door. Our family's preference is to drive 2 miles to Inlet Regional Access where there is free parking and bathrooms. This house is in such a unique location as it is walking distance to the beautiful white beaches and also to Lake Powell which is an 800 acre brackish lake. Bring your boat, jet skis , paddle boards, kayaks and enjoy! Yes, you can park your boat at the house!
**Please note that we only provide starter packs for your stay (dish pod, dish soap, laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bar soap) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for providing anything beyond the starter supply.**
