The upstairs kitchen is a dream, where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones while you marvel over the stunning ocean vista. You'll be just steps away from the sandy beach, where you can soak up the sun, surf the waves, or stroll along the shoreline.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults
- 2 bedrooms
- 2.5 bathrooms
- 1 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is free parking available on the street as well.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room with gorgeous ocean views
- 2 wrap around decks featuring an outdoor kitchen, private hot tub, plenty of seating, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower all surrounded by colorful succulents.
- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.

Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- The TV in the living room is a Smart TV with cable and local channels. The other TVs are smart tvs with only streaming capabilities.
- NO PETS
- During the winter months and stormy weather, the outdoor TV will not be available for use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage that is reserved for storage.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Pleasure Point (5 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (5-10 minute drive)
- Santa Cruz Main Beach & Boardwalk (10-15 minute drive)
- Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, New Leaf, or Lucky grocery stores (10-15 minute drive)

Other Things to Note:
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The upstairs TV is a Smart TV with cable and local channels. The other TVs are smart tvs with only streaming capabilities.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
