Sliding glass doors lead to your very large Screened In Lanai overlooking the lake and springs where you can enjoy hours of peace and solitude. There's a table and chairs out on the Lanai for dining al fresco, along with lounge chairs to relax with a glass of wine and a good book.

The Kitchen layout is perfect with white granite countertops that sparkle and a breakfast bar with four bar stools. Kitchen comes completely equipped with all new appliances, cookware, tableware and dishware...service for 8! The owner loves to cook and entertain and consequently has outfitted her Kitchen accordingly. There's a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry area adjacent to the Kitchen.
