This condo was just completed in May, this is the first season it's been available to guests.
The condo is one of 3 units in the building, sitting on the first floor above the garage, and next to a 2 story townhouse.
The condo overlooks a 1 way street with free, public parking.
We have central air conditioning, dimmable LED lighting throughout, high speed wifi, and ceiling fans in every room.
The condo also has a fire suppression system and meets the latest building and safey codes.
We offer 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, and a sleeper sofa in the main area making up the 6th bed.
The main living space is extremely large with 3 full couches (one of which is the sleeper sofa), 3 chairs, dining table for 6, a kitchen counter for 3, and a wall mounted 65 inch smart TV.
The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage, along with several convenience items; keurig, drip coffee, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, gas stove, blender, garbage disposal, and large island that seats 3.
The master suite has a large walk in closet, a king bed, 50 inch smart TV, plenty of dresser space, and a ceiling fan. There's also a a private bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of counter space and storage, and a walk in shower.
The 1st hall bedroom has both a full and a twin bed, plenty of dresser space, a full double closet, a 33 inch smart TV, and a ceiling fan.
The 2nd hall bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, and a twin on top. There's plenty of dresser space, a full closet, ceiling fan, and a 33 inch smart TV.
The hall bath has a single sink and a shower / bathtub.
Off of the main living area is a private, covered, 24 x 8 foot deck that has seating for 6.
We have a good sized laundry room with stacked washer and gas dryer. We supply 2 drying racks to dry towels and other items.
The private, secured, garage can store all beach stuff, bikes, and 2 cars.
There's also a driveway that can fit 1 car.
The rear of the property has a small grass area, shared with the top floor unit, but can be used for sunning or sitting with provided lawn chairs.
We also have a fully enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water.
Guests are required to enter the unit through the stairs on the right side of the building. Guests can have full, private, access to the garage. Guests will also be allowed access to the rear, shared, yard and grass area. Guests have full access to the outside shower closest to the rear entry door, marked as such with #137.
I will always be available through the app for any issues that arise, and usually have a 1 hour turnaround time between 8 AM and 9 PM. Anything messages after 9 PM will be addressed the following morning after 8 AM.
Guests can walk to many places from the condo, but to fully explore the island you will need to drive. There is street parking and many parking lots along the boardwalk. All public street parking is cashless using ParkMobile.
We provide standard amenities at no charge; bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels / washclothes, shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, comforters, pillows, and throws for the couches.

We can host max 10 guests, 8 of which can be adults.
Someone 25 or older must be present and accountable for all guests, and the signer of the rental agreement. We do not rent to parties for events like "teen week" where only teen agers will be staying at the property.
Trash... Recycling should not be placed in the blue bins in trash bags, it should be emptied into the bin and the trash bag discarded as normal trash.
Smoking / Vaping... not allowed in the unit, yard, or on the porch / patio.
