A fantastic escape for an extended family, two families, or a group of friends who love the outdoors, this Park City home places you minutes from world-class skiing, golfing, hiking, and mountain biking. At the end of each fun-filled day, come home to unwind in a private hot tub beneath a blanket of stars.

This three-story home sits on the northeast side of Park City, close to the junction of I-80 and 189, giving you easy access to Kimball Junction (five miles) and Utah Olympic Park (seven miles). To hit the slopes, head to Canyons Village, the main base area of Park City Mountain (both are eight miles), or Deer Valley Resort (11 miles). You'll also be close to the restaurants and galleries of Historic Main Street (eight miles) and Jordanelle and Rockport State Parks (11 miles).

Part of what makes this home special are its two distinct living spaces - one occupying the two upper floors, one on the basement level, and each with a separate entrance and garage. The upper part of the house features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open dining area, and a living room with a smart TV. Glass doors open to a private, fenced patio where you can soak in the hot tub each evening.

A laundry room and three bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary suite with its own smart TV, bathroom, and walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms are downstairs in the separate basement. This complete second home includes its own kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with a smart TV, and another washer/dryer in addition to the two bedrooms. Central AC and complimentary WiFi are available throughout.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
