Enjoy your stay at our centrally located St. Petersburg apartment! Our space has everything you need for a short or long term stay in St. Pete. We are pet and family friendly - and we offer 2 beds in our space that include a King bed in the private bedroom as well as a Queen bed in the pullout couch. The central location is perfect for those who want to explore all of St. Petersburg with this central location. Downtown St. Pete is just 10 mins away, including the beaches, TPA and PIE airport!

We incorporated eclectic vibes in our newly remodeled space - and this home comes fully equipped with fast wifi! I provide a ton of recommendations and have an entire local travel guide to help you with your vacation to the area.

I love interacting with my guests. However, that interaction is up to you! Please reach out if you need anything at all, or just looking for recommendations! I want you to have the best time at Serendipity!

A quiet and completely safe neighborhood! Even though this apartment is located in central St. Pete, you cannot hear any traffic from our home. There is a small baseball field just across the street where local teams play often. The small complex is filled with pine trees and lots of birds.

The best way to get around would definitely be by car - although it would be totally doable to Uber if your intentions are only to explore DTSP

This apartment is part of a small 6 unit apartment complex for other vacationers.

Please treat our home with respect. please pick up after your pets.

Pet fees are $100 per pet - I will request any additional pet fees after you book your stay.

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you

Please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool. Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.

We do have a washer and dryer available on site at the small apartment complex. Please note there are 6 apartments at the small complex and each apartment has a day that is dedicated to them for personal use of the laundry facility. Sundays are first come first serve.
