1st Bedroom: The massive master bedroom holds a king-sized bed, with an additional smart tv. Master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a private en suite bathroom.
2nd Bedroom: This bedroom has a comfortable full-sized and an additional twin-sized bed and double closets. Access to a full bathroom in the next room over.
Access to full property and Amenities Room / Conference Room except for locked cleaning supply closet.
Enter through exterior door on the far-right side of the building when standing in the parking lot. Condo door is immediately inside on first floor with keyless entry lock.

Edison Condo is located just miles away from the popular Nashville hot spots, which are all just a very short Uber or Lyft ride away.
A decibel monitor device is installed in the condo to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM are enforced.
1. Smoking and Vaping - Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside. If the condo smells like smoke after your stay, a fine will apply. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately.
2. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are from 12 AM to 7 AM. A decibel monitor device is installed in the condo to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. We take noise complaints very seriously and a fine will apply if the noise-monitoring security team has to respond.
3. No Pets Allowed - If our cleaning crew finds evidence of pets, a fee will apply.
4. Additional guests - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight. Any other person in the property is the responsibility of the guest.
5. Age and Locals - Per city ordinance, all guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent. We do not rent to locals unless the reason for the stay has been agreed upon beforehand (moving, etc).
