Welcome to ‘The Rendezvous’, a brand-new home in Bella Vista! The home offers breathtaking views overlooking the Little Sugar bike trail from the tree top deck. It is the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. We are located a short 15 min drive to downtown Bentonville. The home is about a mile from Bella Vista Country Club, Avalon and Windsor Lakes, Tanyard Creek, Huntley Gravity Park, and many other amenities Bella Vista has to offer.

This beautiful, brand new 3 bedroom, 3 FULL bathroom home on the bike trail is perfect for families, friends, and groups who are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Bella Vista. It features:

Guests can self check-in via the keypad on the door.
The entire house is available to use except for one locked closet with the owner's cleaning supplies.
Please be mindful that the grass in the backyard was recently planted and seeded.
