Tucked away from the street, this renovated home boasts hardwood floors throughout and central air conditioning. The oversized living room welcomes you with a comfortable leather sectional and a 55" flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a formal dining space, a large kitchen with ample cabinets, an additional wet bar, a full bathroom, and an office area.

As you head up to the 2nd floor, you'll discover the large master bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, a skylighted bathroom with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a private balcony with seating. The two other bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with queen beds, desks, and TVs, while the third bathroom offers a convenient stand-up shower.

For added convenience, two washers and two dryers are located in the basement. Outside, you can enjoy a private front yard with seating and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings.

In addition to the fantastic amenities of our home, Riverside itself is a charming residential neighborhood along the picturesque Charles River. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
