Featuring high ceilings reaching 9.5 feet and spanning 460 square feet, our space offers a sense of openness and elegance. As you enter through the narrow long corridor, you'll be greeted by open and inviting areas thoughtfully designed for your comfort.

The kitchen area exudes a SIMPLE yet delightful café-inspired atmosphere, complete with a kitchen-bar seating area. Equipped with basic appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, kettle, pot, pan, basic tableware, cups, glasses for water, and silverware (please refer to pictures provided on Vrbo website).

One of the standout features of our Vrbo is the green artificial plant wall, which adds a touch of natural beauty and tranquility to the space. It serves as a refreshing backdrop, where you can find a round coffee table surrounded by two comfortable sofa chairs. Relax and unwind in this cozy corner while enjoying the city view that stretches out before you.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a cozy living room that is thoughtfully designed with a touch of charm, creating a cozy ambiance that will make you feel right at home. From the comfortable sofa, you can gaze out at the city view, taking in the vibrant sights of downtown Edmonton. As well, to enhance your stay, we've added a 55" TV. Whether you're enjoying the view or indulging in some entertainment, our living room provides the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

The standard-sized bathroom (8'x5'), which is clean and well-maintained, features a standing shower, offering all the necessary basic needs, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, etc, so you can feel at home during your stay.

Great location downtown
Our stay was excellent. The condo bed is comfy, the condo is very clean. Kitchen is small and has a small bar fridge. Cooktop is easy to use. There is no oven but has a microwave and dishwasher. Not a lot of cooking supplies so bring your own. The check in was a little complicated. I think the instructions could be cleaner. However the owners communicated very promptly to my questions. They were also very accommodating and flexible in our check out which we really appreciated. Our biggest concern was with parking which is why we rated the condo as a 4. We parked in an underground parking lot which was excellent however there is no access to building unless you walk outside which is a little sketchy in downtown Edmonton at night and a little difficult for taking in your personal belongings. Overall, we did feel safe, liked the condo and would stay again. The location is perfect for attending events in downtown Edmonton.
