A-Frame Cabin with Fire Pit and Fireplace

This unique 2 bed 2 bath cabin is in the Woods Resort. It’s directly across the street from the driving range that has beautiful views of the mountains. The cabin’s location is perfect as it is a very short walk from one of three pools, golf course pro shop, restaurant & bar. Park your car, walk, and relax!

The Space:
The front of the house has a fire pit, a large screened-in porch with views of the mountains, and the back offers a large deck equipped with a grill and fantastic views of the wooded forest.

Inside:
The first floor offers a cozy living room with large windows that let light pour in while you look at the trees.

There’s a functioning indoor wood-burning fireplace. A queen-sized pull-out sofa and a fully stocked kitchen will allow you to cook or grill anything you decide! The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a Lazy-Boy chair that pulls out into a twin-sized bed. A large bathroom, washer, and dryer are also on the first floor.

Like most cabins, the upstairs bedroom is a loft-style room with a comfortable king-sized bed, desk, and chair, and a spacious secondary full bath is also located upstairs.

Guest passes are required to access the amenities. We will provide one pass per guest for one day (2 guests will get 2 passes.)

If you’d like to purchase any passes beyond that, they’re $5 a piece!


Children under the age of 5 don't require a pass. Once you confirm the booking, please let me know if you're bringing children under 5, so I can ensure I get you the correct number of passes. Thank you!

Amenities include:
Outdoor recreation includes two 25-meter pools, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball/volleyball courts, softball field, and catch-and-release fishing.

Additionally, an indoor sports facility has another pool, whirlpool, gym, tennis court and racket ball court.

The Neighborhood:
While the cabin does provide more privacy, than most suburban or city areas, it is not completely remote, as there are neighbors on each side. Additionally, this is not a very walkable area and you will need a car to access activities beyond golf and the pool. The closest towns include Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs which are both a 25+ minute drive.

Getting Around:
In the driveway you can fit roughly three cars. The driving range, mountain lake pool, pro-shop and Clubhouse Bar & Grill are walkable from the property.

The indoor sports area, gym, secondary outdoor pool and outdoor tennis and volleyball courts are a 5 minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
The closest grocery store is Weis, located 17 minutes from the house. Additionally, Martinsburg has multiple grocery stores 30 minutes from the house. 15 minutes from the house is the Spring Valley Farmers Market (we like to go there to stock up on local produce and baked goods) & nearby the farmers market, you will also find Black Draft Distillery! The perfect spot for a drink.

While you can spend all your time on the property and in the resort… there are multiple hiking trails nearby. Our favorite is Devil’s Nose!

Twenty-five minutes from the house is Berkely Springs, where you can dip in the hot springs or enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes. Thirty-five minutes from the house is Cacapon State Park, which boasts a lakeside beach, horseback riding, another golf course, and more hiking trails!
