Our living room boasts a vaulted ceiling that adds an extra touch of grandeur to the space. With three sofas, an accent chair, and a rocking chair, there's ample seating for up to 10 guests. Enjoy the warmth of a huge double insert gas fireplace and entertainment on a 58’’ smart TV. Relax and create lasting memories in this captivating space during your stay.
KITCHEN & DINING
Step into our enchanting dining room, adorned with timeless elegance and graced with an antique dining table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to 8 people. Gather around this exquisite centerpiece for intimate meals, lively conversations, or celebratory feasts.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete set of knives, cookware and even a dutch oven. Embrace the joy of cooking and create delightful meals during your stay.
BED & BATH
Enjoy three regular bedrooms and a cozy loft bedroom. The master bedroom features a full bathroom and access to a large sunroom. The other three bedrooms offer a mix of twin and full size beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
In addition to the master bathroom, there is another full bathroom and a half bathroom with washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Experience the vastness of our front and back yard, beautifully enhanced by an oversized deck. Enjoy outdoor fun, bbq on the charcoal grill, and relaxation on the deck's outdoor seating arrangements.
SUPPLIES
We provide a Starter-Kit but do not provide supplies for your entire visit. If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you or go to a local grocer. Read carefully:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 roll paper towel in the kitchen
- hand-soap
- dish-soap
- sponge
- trash bags
- cleaning supplies
Below is a short list of items we recommend bringing with you:
- shampoo / conditioner / bath soap / toothpaste
- beach towels
- sports equipment (bikes, kayaks, etc.)
- food, spices, cooking oils
- laundry detergent - You'll need to supply your own detergent. We've found many people have allergies and detergent choice is very personal.
PET POLICIES
- Well-behaved pets welcome. We allow max 2 pets. More pets considered case by case. Please reach out to the host.
- Pet fee is $25/night/pet or $120/week/pet. Booking price has $150 pet fee as a placeholder and need to be updated by host after booking. Please reach out to the host to update the pet fee.
- Please keep pets off the beds and furniture.
- Pets owner are responsible to remove any and all pet waste from the exterior of the property.
- Pets owner are required to crate their dogs when left at the house alone for the animals safety, and safety of any service staff or repairmen.
- Please respect the property line and restrain from letting pets into neighbor's yard.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Unfortunately we are usually unable to accommodate early check-ins. It takes the entire allotted time to prepare the house for the next guests. That being said, we will definitely keep your request in mind and let you know in the event it’s ready prior to 4PM.
No late check-out will be allowed.

Q: Is there an outdoor shower?
A: No.
Q: Are sheets and towels provided?
A: Yes, all beddings are provided. We only provide 1 bath towel per guest (8 max).
Q: Is there a dedicated workspace?
A: We have two work desks in bedrooms. We do not provide monitor or other office equipment.
Q: When is trash picked up?
A: Every Wednesday.
Other things to note
Note 1: Each space is equipped with fixed split unit or window AC.
Note 2: No smoking allowed.
Note 3: No outside shoes indoor.
Note 4: Please, no noise complaints from neighbors. Show courtesy at all times to staff, neighbors, or people at the property. The neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm - 8am.
Note 5: There are 3 security cameras on site at entrances. Cameras are for security purpose and are turned off during guests' stay.
