The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the main bathroom boasts a large whirlpool tub for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom offers an additional queen-size bed for added comfort.

The full kitchen and dining area provide all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. The living room is complete with cable TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

For safety reasons, in accordance with the current Condominium Association policy, the balcony of the condominium shall not be occupied at any time. However, spectacular mountain views can be enjoyed from the safety of inside the condominium.

Office hours are M-F 9A-5P and Fri-Sun 8A-10P. Our office staff will gladly assist with any questions you may have. Phone numbers will be shared later with Airbnb guests through email communication.

During the winter, sometimes the snow falls so quickly that the roads cannot be cleared quickly enough. During those times, the Town of Beech Mountain requires snow tires, snow chains, or 4WD/AWD. Local vendors like High South Auto will deliver and install chains. Another option is to get chains at a Walmart along the way, which would be much more cost effective.

The property will take a $300 security hold at check-in that is refundable based on inspection of the room.
Guests under 21 years old can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
