The space
Large rooms, tons of private nooks and spaces, including multiple office set-ups, four sets of doors to three separate outdoor seating areas, two balconies off giant master, with sitting areas and TV, lots of floor space for working out, or playing games, makes this home both a magical getaway and center of adventure. Multiple a/c and heating units let you customize your comfort. There is a gas fireplace in the family/TV room, and a sunroom next to it, that transitions to the front patio garden with a bird fountain, and all the pollinating flowers. The gardens welcome birds and butterflies in our three large separate garden areas. The back yard is ready for grilling, or eating with easy access to the kitchen. Whether indoor or out - this property has it all.
Guest access
The entire property is fenced on all sides. Outside the fencing and the plentiful seating areas, there is a separate gate from the main road to a small studio guesthouse, with its own private fencing and small yard. The properties can be booked together, if available, by booking this property and the booking the cottage additionally, listed as Hermosillo Pequeno. Adding this is perfect for other family, separate guests, or support staff. If it is already booked, or you do not book both, the cottage may be occupied. If you do not book the space, we ask that you do not enter their gates or private space.
Other things to note:
The street is fairly quiet in the evenings and night, and early mornings. The neighborhood is generally quiet, with considerate neighbors. We appreciate the same from our guests.
