The house is in a great location. Very close to the beach and a friendly neighborhood.
The house is a great size for all your family.
UNFORTUNATELY thats where it ends.
The elevator IS NOT available for use. It is locked. This was unfortunate for us because that was a deciding factor for renting this house.
When we arrived the kitchen counters were still dirty, our linens had remnants of bubble gum on them so we had to rewash them. We also found bubble gum wrappers in the two other beds under the blankets. Two dresser drawers were broken so unusable.
The back door handle was broken and the towel rack in the master bath fell off the wall. My husband fixed the door handle and towel rack, when we notified Paul we were told a credit would be issued but that never happened.
We were also expected to seperate the recycling from the trash but was only given one trash can. I found a broken trash can around the back of the house.
We never could find the living room remote so that TV was not able to be used.
Considering the exorbitant cleaning fee charged, having to strip, wash, dry, fold, and put away ALL the linens and towels used, not to mention the light vacuuming, makes for a very lengthy check out morning.
I informed Paul of this and more on the day we left 9 days ago, but never received a response back (or the credit) so this is the reason for the negative review.
