We prefer a 60-90 day stay , all leases must start with first of the month and end at the end of that same month - if you need a lease to start on any other dates, please inquire first . $750 membership transfer fee and $200 HOA application fees ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. (HOA application fee may change and owner/property manager is NOT responsible)You will be sent a lease which is required by the HOA, they do not accept a booking receipt.
