-Hip downtown Hollywood is just 2 miles away, with restaurants, bars, musical venues, art and dance exhibitions, a historic theater, and, on the third Saturday of every month, an outdoor art/music festival.
-Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is just 14 minutes away by car.
Directly from your bedroom, you can access the patio behind the building, which is shared with other guests. There are tables and lounge chairs surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The free-operated laundry facilities are shared with other guests.

Easy on the street in front of the building. The beach is within walking distance. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and bars are a short drive away.
-A bus to downtown Hollywood is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Once you are within downtown Hollywood itself, you can jump on a free electric shuttle, either by flagging down the closest fleet driver or requesting a pick-up with the app. (Note that this service does not extend all the way to the Airbnb).
