After spending a great day exploring the bays of Huatulco, take a break in one of the four rooms the property offers, three rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, and all four have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The room number four has the bath outside the bedroom, only a few steps away.

The villa can comfortably accommodate eight people. Allowing you to have a view of the Mexican Pacific and its amazing golden hour of sunrise!

In the shade of its large palapa, the Villa offers a comfortable lounge area with a large sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a dining table, breakfast bar, and BBQ Weber grill, which will be perfect for highlighting the group's culinary genius.

For stays of 3 to 5 nights, 1 cleaning service is included for free.

For stays of 6 or 7 nights, 2 free cleaning services are included.

The cleaning service includes: taking out the garbage, sweeping and mopping rooms and common areas, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry of bath and pool towels, and laundry of sheets if considered necessary.

Cleaning services do not include laundry of the guests' personal clothes or cooking, in case these services are required they must be requested separately.

For long stays of 28 nights or more, a 35% discount is granted. In these cases, the guest only has to cover the cost of the electricity used during their stay.

A representative of our team will be on-site to greet you and give you a tour of the entire property, which is very convenient so that you can fully enjoy the villa from day one.

Residencial Arrocito is a quiet area within Bahías de Huatulco, located between the main beaches, the restaurant areas and convenience stores are only 5 minutes away by car or taxi. You will have what you need very close.

The villa is only 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the bus terminal.
