Avoid this property and Casago (property management) if at all possible
Apologies for the long-winded reviewed. I've been staying at peer-to-peer vacation properties for 10 years including multiple 3rd world countries and this is the first negative review I've ever written. Directions were wrong; address provided was 7+ miles from location and approximate written directions were worthless (6 professional adults, 3 with professional navigation experience [military land navigation, forecast meteorology, and gas/oil topography] could not find it even with the assistance of a local at a business adjacent to the property manager, took 2 hours. When we called for help after hours, it went to someone in the Phillippines which prompts even more questions like if there is an emergency, why is the on call person on the other side of the world? Despite what the property management says, I do not believe the property was cleaned before we got there; the living room was covered in dead ladybugs (probably from the trash being stored under the house) and there was mouse feces on the downstairs bed. None of the beds had fitted sheets; mattress covers and top sheets as the fitted sheets. One of the dining room chairs had a broken back that wasn't marked or obvious; thankfully no one was injured from sitting on it. Don't plan on grilling; it's a smoker, so unless someone wants to spend all day stoking the smoker, you're out of luck. I feel bad writing this review because the property owners are probably decent folks, hopefully they change management companies.
