The home has all of the comforts & luxuries you'll want or need during your stay in the city. When you're not monument hopping or taking in the many wonders of the District, you'll find this oasis has everything you could need to enjoy your time spent indoors. With a neighborhood Walk Score of 96, Columbia Heights places all of DC's attractions right at your fingertips!

BEDROOMS:
Experience the District as POTUS would! Our apartment has 7 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms, and can sleep up to 14 guests.

Bedroom 1: The Lincoln Room
Discover a space that pays homage to his legacy, complete with a modern take on furnishings & décor that evoke 19th century luxury.

You'll be met with the best night's sleep you've ever had - and the secret is a King sized green tea memory foam mattress, paired with plush pillows, luxury sheets and comforter showcased in a grand canopy bed. Prefer a couch nap? No problem - lounge in the sun-filled windows on the loveseat. Be entertained by a Roku television & catch up on your favorite Netflix shows from the comfort of bed. Don't be shy when packing - a dresser and large closet space are available to unpack your suitcase and stay awhile.

Bedroom 2: The Reagan Retreat
Styled with vintage cowboy memorabilia, weathered leather accents, and rich earthy tones, this room embodies Reagan's passion for the rugged beauty of the open range.

In this second bedroom, you'll find a Queen-sized green tea memory foam mattress with all of the luxurious bedding detailed above.

Bedroom 3: Roosevelt's Oasis
This room celebrates the adventurous spirit of Theodore Roosevelt. This unique space is divided into two sectors - bedroom & game room - offering a harmonious blend of relaxation and entertainment, much like Roosevelt's multifaceted life.

Challenge your friends to a lively game of foosball, relive your childhood addictions for a night with our full size Ms. PacMan/Galaga Deluxe RetroArcade Machine, or engage in epic battles of wit with Giant Connect 4. The chalkboard wall invites you to leave your mark or sketch your adventures.

This bedroom hosts a Queen-sized green tea memory foam mattress and lavish bedding.

Bedroom 4: The Washington Suite
Step into the Washington Suite, a modern recreation of The Blue Room at George Washington's Mount Vernon estate.

This bedroom will greet you with a Full size -- you guessed it -- green tea memory foam mattress and luxury bedding.

Bedroom 5:
In the SECOND master bedroom, you'll find a Queen size green tea memory foam mattress, paired with plush pillows, luxury sheets and comforter. A dresser and closet space is available to you.

Bedroom 6:
This bedroom will greet you with yet another Queen size green tea memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. In this room, there is ample closet storage space and a small dresser for clothing items.

Bedroom 7:
In this bedroom, you'll find a Full-sized - you guessed it - green tea memory foam mattress with all of the luxurious bedding detailed above, and lots of natural sunlight with a beautiful oversized window.

All linens are provided and extra blankets are available for your use. Premium white noise machines are available in each bedroom to ensure a great night's sleep!

BATHROOMS:
A fully renovated ensuite bathroom is attached to the second floor master bedroom, including a shower, toilet, sink and vanity space.

The second full bathroom offers a combination shower and bathtub, toilet, sink and shelving space to store all of your toiletries.

The third floor full bathroom provides a combination shower and bathtub, toilet, sink, shelving space to store all of your toiletries and counterspace to get ready for your daily adventures.

The half bath on the same floor includes a pedestal sink and toilet.

The fourth floor full bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub, toilet, sink and a shelving unit.

We provide the basics like toilet paper and towels, but you'll also find amenities like shampoo, soap, a magnifying mirror, makeup remover wipes and facial cleansing cloths. Leave your hair dryer at home - we have that too!

KITCHEN:
After long days of hitting the town, there will be no doubt that you've worked up an appetite. Head to one of TWO fully-equipped, updated kitchens to find stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and gas ranges.

Start your morning off right at the coffee bar. You'll find everything you need to enjoy your morning joe. A Keurig coffee maker with your choice of pods is available to you. Or perhaps you consider yourself a coffee connoisseur & you have the opinion that true, ground coffee tastes better... We get that - and that's why we have fresh grounds and a french press available as well. Prefer tea over coffee? There's a hot water kettle and an array of teas to choose from.

Pots, pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils are provided so you'll have everything you need to whip up a feast. If you have guests to impress, you'll find full place settings, wine glasses and champagne glasses in the cabinets.

Should you feel the need to do the dishes on vacation, clean-up is a breeze with a dishwasher and cleaning products provided.

If the idea of preparing a meal has you shaking in your boots, then have no fear - we're surrounded by DC's most popular restaurants, cafes and bars, many within walking distance. We're happy to share recommendations!

Feel free to use the energy-efficient Samsung washer and dryer as needed during your stay - and we'll provide the laundry pods!

TWO LIVING ROOMS:
The ultimate spot to experience the charm of a historic home and truly an architectural paradise. Exposed brick walls and fireplace, high ceilings, hardwood floors and large, expansive windows make this space the dreamy haven that it is.

Stretch out, relax and enjoy your favorite snacks while choosing a movie from the Roku Smart HDTV, or enjoy friendly competition with our fully-stocked game board cabinet.

TWO DINING SPACEs:
Choose to take pleasure in a meal at a modern, extensive table with 8 chairs on the third floor or at the dining table seating 6 on the second floor.

TWO DESIGNATED WORKSPACES:
Take in the views of neighboring rowhomes at one of the desks, accommodated by comfortable chairs. High speed internet promises that you'll have no issues when joining your next Zoom meeting.

PARKING:
**There is free parking available for two cars at the rear of our home in the driveway, protected and monitored 24/7 by an exterior Ring Floodlight Cam. No car? No problem, our central location means you'll be walking distance from some of DC's most popular eateries and shops. The closest metro station is a 6-minute walk away.

**An additional two on-street parking spaces can be reserved for a low price of $25 per vehicle, regardless of length of stay!

**PLEASE NOTE**
Should accessibility need to be considered, stairs are required to access the Capitol Castle. The Capitol Castle spans 3 levels, requiring several flights of stairs to be climbed. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking. We also recommend dropping off luggage in front of the home with one member of the group upon arrival, before parking around the back in the private driveway.

Guest Access:
Please make yourself at home! You'll have access to the private second and third units, spanning the second, third and fourth floors of this beautiful rowhome.

The home’s main entrance and the unit's entrance have a keypad entry system which will allow you to navigate the city without the worry of misplacing a key. All entry codes are altered after checkout, providing guests with safety and security.
