Other things to note
DOG POLICY: If you are bringing a dog, there is a $100 pet cleaning fee PER dog and a pet contract you will need to sign. For all direct bookings, there is also a $500 pet deposit.

NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.

QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
