The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. The Coco Cottages are a very short drive to the beach, Bold Bean coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots. These units is less than a 1.5 mile distance to Beach Hut Cafe, Bono’s Pit BBQ, Kamiya 86 and Eleventh South Bistro.

There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the Florida weather! If you are bringing your fur buddy, you get to enjoy a fully fenced back yard. There is a charcoal grill for your use!
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your use in each unit.

Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed with smart TV and a private bathroom

Comfortable couches and an air mattress are included, so you can comfortably sleep 10 people!
All three of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.

We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:
0.3 miles from Sunshine Park: tennis courts, playground, turf field and beach volleyball courts. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Other Things to Note:
****In the event of a formal noise complaint that results in a citation to the owner of the property, the deposit will not be refunded.****

***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front or back yard. If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
