Our unit comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a sofa sleeper bed and a queen blow-up mattress that can accommodate guests. The spacious bedrooms offer comfortable bedding and ample storage space to make you feel right at home. Spend your day lounging by the waterfront pool, where you can soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip to cool off. With easy access to the lake, you can indulge in various watersports or explore the beautiful surroundings. Baypoint is located at the 10 mile-marker at the end of Horseshoe Bend. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the lake but conveniently set just minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip where you can enjoy a diverse selection of casual and fine dining, shopping, golf courses, watersports, and more!

By taking a short boat ride, you can easily reach Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, or the stunning sandy beach of Frankie & Louie’s. Along with its breathtaking view, this complex boasts a range of impressive amenities which include a heated lakefront swimming pool, a gazebo area with picnic tables and charcoal grills, four docks for fishing, and a 12'x40' boat slip which can be reserved for an additional charge.

|THE PROPERTY|

The spacious living area is lined with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcasing unobstructed views of the water, including from the fully equipped kitchen. Just a few steps away, you'll find the magnificent master bedroom, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. It also features a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony, making morning coffee in bed a luxurious experience. With a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, it's the ultimate retreat for a relaxing vacation.

The additional sleeping quarters in the living area offer flexible bedding arrangements, with an air mattress readily available. Meanwhile, the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV for relaxation. It provides ample space to unwind and recharge.


The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the essentials needed to cook up a fantastic meal, and a gas grill is also provided to offer even more options for meal preparation. You can easily stock up on all the groceries and drinks you need at the nearby Woods and Hyvee stores. Complimentary bed linen, bath towels, paper towel rolls, garbage bags, toilet paper, and soaps - including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent - add an extra layer of convenience and relaxation.. For longer vacations, guests will appreciate the convenience of having a washer and dryer at their disposal.

-Please be advised that there is a ring doorbell on the front door. This is the only area with a camera.
-Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Not available for use.
-No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor.
-No smoking inside or outside on the patio
-No pets allowed.
-Check-in time: 4pm
-Check-out: 11 am.
-Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
-Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
-List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
-Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
-Guest responsible for any damages they cause
-Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
-Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
-Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
