The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this first floor, oceanfront one bedroom condo located at the Caribbean Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This vacation rental is fully furnished with two queen beds, a murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Guests will enter the condo into the master bedroom. The bedroom features two queen size beds, night stand, TV, dresser, and closet for storage. This bedroom is perfect for 2-4 guests.

The kitchen is centrally located between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen features full size appliances including: fridge, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, double compartment sink, coffee pot, beautiful granite countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Caribbean. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

The bathroom is located across from the kitchen area and features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and large mirror. Unique to this unit, the tub & shower combo and toilet are separated from the vanity by a door allowing guests to utilize the sink area while other guests are showering!

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! This area features beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean through the large, extended sliding glass doors. The living area offers a murphy bed (wall bed), sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, commercial blackout curtains, TV, a small dining table with chairs, and access to the oceanfront balcony.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

While our guests will have access to the waterpark (located between the resort and Sea Captain's House), oceanfront pool, lazy river, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool deck, indoor kiddie pool, fitness center, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the Tiki Bar, meeting room on the 2nd floor, spa on the 3rd floor, guest laundry and game rooms on the 5th floor, and the pool at the Chelsea House. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The Caribbean Resort is located on the northern end of the downtown Myrtle Beach area - close to Broadway at the Beach, The Myrtle Beach Convention Center, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The Sky Wheel, and next door to the award-winning Sea Captain's restaurant.
