Lost Chancla offers guests a unique and beautiful stay with stunning sunrise, sunset, pond, and pool views. With 4 bedrooms, sleeping 11 comfortably, guests will enjoy everything Lost Chancla has to offer.
This beautiful beach home welcomes you from the moment you drive up. The outdoor living and dining areas have breathtaking pool and pond views. Enjoy grilling, relaxing, or watching the kiddos in the pool in the outdoor seating area.
Head upstairs to an open kitchen and living space. The kitchen is well stocked for prepping and cooking; the living space has a coffee and drink bar along with a huge TV. (Please note there is no dining space at the Lost Chancla. There is bar seating for 4 at the kitchen island.)
Right off of the living room, make your way out to the balcony and bring the camera. You will want to be perched on this balcony everything evening for award-winning sunsets while overlooking the pond and the pool. Incredible views continue on the second balcony, which offers a bit more privacy.
On the main floor is the Primary bedroom, with a king Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with a large walk-in closet. A second room offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the top floor and you'll enjoy a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunks and a jack and jill bathroom along with another bedroom that has a queen bedroom and twin day bed. There is no shortage of bedroom, closet, or bathroom space at Lost Chancla. A washer/dryer closet is also available for guest use.
Located right off Hwy 361 on the beach side is perfect for those who want to experience Port Aransas and North Padre with amazing eateries, fun nightlife, water sports, shopping, and fishing. Both are less than 10 minutes from Lost Chancla. Ready to hit the beach? Drive 1 mile to Beach Access Rd 2 and you can have your toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes. You will be that close.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.
-There is only 1 parking space at Lost Chancla at the house; addtl parking is on the main street coming into the neighborhood.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please note that most golf cart companies will not rent a golf cart in this area.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
