Cozy and Quiet Getaway with King and Queen Size Bed

Kick back and relax in this calm, ranch style home. Great for a couples getaway, a place for people who are in Detroit for business or travelers who are visiting and need somewhere they can chill with their family or a small group of friends. The home has a new remodeled kitchen with new appliances and a new remodeled bathroom with updated features with a nice big backyard with a patio and a gazebo for comfort. Our home is very quiet, cozy and peaceful.
The space
This is a clean modern home that is comfortable and quiet. If you are visiting Detroit for business and you need privacy this is the place to be. The home has WiFi so you can connect to the internet and you can work with no interruptions. There are Smart TV's in both bedrooms and a 65 inch Smart TV in the living room area for your entertainment. This beautiful home offers different streaming services for free such as YouTube TV, Prime Video with BET Plus included, Starz, Tubi, AllBlK, Hulu and Netflix. You definitely will have your choice of multiple things to watch. The patio area is nice and relaxing where you can read or just sit outside for a nice breeze. The experience is awesome. If you would like to tour the city of Detroit for some fun activities please visit the downtown area of Detroit which is only a 15 minute drive.
Guest access
The guest will have access to 2 bedrooms and all common areas excluding the basement.
Other things to note
We do not allow parties, loud music, loud guest and smoking. If you are expecting more than 8 people on the premises please get approval from the host. Please remember that this is a quiet neighborhood and we must remain respectful to our home and to the neighbors. We have Vivint as our security system to monitor activity with our outside cameras. To avoid any complaints please follow all rules. Thanks!
