Guest Access:
Guest access is completely contactless; you'll receive a door code 2 days prior to arrival, and if you need anything during your stay, Vacation Rentals by Aaron is available 24-7 to assist you!

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 10-15 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace. Spend your days lounging on the sandy shores, indulging in some water sports, or simply basking in the Southern California sun. Seaworld, Downtown San Diego, the world-famous Zoo, Balboa Park and La Jolla are all within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Dogs are welcome for a $100 pet fee.
