Stay in our beautiful, brand NEW 3 bed/ 2 bath Designer home. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Furnishings were chosen to be beautiful and comfortable. Comfortable reclining sofa and chair in the Living room. Dining table seats 4, plus 3 seats at the bar, and a 4-seat table on the east-facing lanai. Home has 3 large screen TV’s with YouTube TV (live TV and Sports streaming services, plus local channels). High speed internet included.

Master bedroom features a King adjustable bed with massage feature. Vaulted ceiling. En-suite bathroom has double vanity sinks, and large walk-in Roman shower with seat and adjustable handheld shower. Handicap accessible. Master bedroom has an armoire wardrobe closet for hanging clothes (Master closet is locked for storage.) There are also large closets in other bedrooms for guest use.

Guest rooms and bathroom share a hallway that is separated from the rest of the house by a pocket door for privacy. Guest bathroom has tiled shower/tub.

We provide extra towels, linens, pillows, blankets, hair dryer, hand soap, bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent/bleach, cleaning supplies, starter trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. There is an iron and ironing board, along with a washer and dryer and utility sink in the large laundry room.

Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Gas range, refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice in door, dishwasher, microwave, all cookware and utensils, dishes, glassware, toaster, blender, mixer, spices. Coffee station with drip coffeemaker, complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, filters, sugar, Splenda, and honey.
Stay cool in the east-facing lanai. Enjoy a meal, a cocktail, a game of cards on the lanai, or do some grilling on the outdoor electric grill.

There are 5 bicycles, golf clubs, tennis rackets, and 4 folding chairs, for guest use.
