THE SPACE
If you’re looking for a premium property that your family is going love, here’s four reasons why we think you’ll enjoy staying with us:

1. The house will be super clean. We’re so fanatical about cleanliness that we even move the furniture to clean after every guest. And, solid floors in the bedrooms means no “mystery odor” absorbing carpet, either.

2. The house will be wonderfully comfortable. You’ll sleep on premium mattresses, the sheets will feel nice, the towels will be thick and you’re going to love our top-rated pillows!

3. We’ll be responsive. Your questions will get prompt responses. We’ll treat you the way that we would want to be treated.

PRIVATE POOL
After a busy day, come home and relax in your heated pool (which faces North). Or, enjoy a nice dinner together by the pool at the comfortable outdoor dining set.

Please note: The pool’s thermostat is set to the American Red Cross recommended temperature range for leisurely swimming of 83-86° (28-30° C). The pool pump and heater do not run during the resort’s mandated quiet hours of 10 PM - 7 AM. Your desired water temperature may not be achieved, especially in colder months. The pool heat will already be on when you arrive.
**Since safety, especially that of children, is so important to us, we have additional safety features in place. Only one door leading to the pool area will open and that door is alarmed. Adults wishing to bypass that alarm can find the bypass button higher up on the wall (inside & outside) and by pushing the button will have 15 seconds to open and close the door before alarm sounds. There's also a top latch lock on the door aside from the normal lock. We recommend that if children are present that not only the pool fence remains locked when not swimming, but the door lock and top latch remain in place. These features have been put in place because we care about safety.**

WINDSOR ISLAND RESORT & ALOHA CLUBHOUSE
Our home is located in Windsor Island Resort, one of the newest and most luxurious resort communities in the area complete with gated access and a 24 hour security staff.
Your vacation home includes access to the Aloha Clubhouse (only a 7 minute walk) featuring:

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home, plus Windsor Island Resort/ Aloha Clubhouse amenities. Individual charges may occur for use of the mini golf course, cabana rentals, restaurant and bar.

In order to gain access to the community, please message us names of all guests so they can be registered in the resort system, and note which guests are adults. At the gate all registered adults will be required to provide valid photo ID (any country) or driver's license (if driving) for access to be granted. Children will be notated under the guest that holds the reservation.

** Guests will not be permitted onto the premises without being registered into DwellingLive and presenting a valid photo ID.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our vacation home rental is self-catering. This means that we provide these items for your stay but that you'll need to supply whatever you need beyond what we supply below:
• New dish sponge
• Paper towels
• Dish detergent
• Trash bags
• Toilet paper
• Dish washing capsules
• Hand soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom

CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning of the villa. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following:
• Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items
• Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag)
• Liquid or food spills
• Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house.

TRASH
• Trash pickup is daily
•Trash must be outside in bin by 10am for daily pickup • All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs.
• Grocery bags are not allowed
• Loose trash will not be picked up.
• No liquids are allowed.
• Boxes need to be folded flat

QUIET HOURS
The resort's quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM and all guests are expected to abide by them. If you wish to file a noise complaint, please contact the roving patrol (number in Welcome Book).

GRILL
Your safety is very important to us. By using the grill, you agree to abide by all grill rules posted by the grill. Propane use is a $40 non-refundable flat fee. Please request grill use prior to arrival for invoicing and payment.

DELIVERIES
You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the villa. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate.

WIFI
Spectrum wifi is available throughout the villa with internet speeds up to 400mbps.

BABY ITEMS
We have a two pack'n play, one highchair, one toddler step stool and two baby gates stored in the villa available for use.

PARKING
Parking is limited to 2 cars on the driveway and 1 on one side of the street indicated by signage. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle being towed and being charged for the expense. No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.

CAMERA
There is an external camera on the property for your safety and security of the property. The camera is a Ring doorbell at the front of the house mounted outside the front door. This camera records audio and video 24/7 when triggered by motion outside or use of doorbell.

FINES
Parties are not permitted. Events/guests that exceed the home's maximum occupancy are not permitted. Smoking and vaping in home are not permitted. No pets are permitted. Violations could result in a $1,000 fine plus extra cleaning / damage fees.

COMMUNICATION
Please reach out to us through the booking platform messages. We answer messages daily between 8am - 8pm. Upon arrival to the villa, there is a Welcome Book on the entry table with info on the villa, resort and local area that will be helpful during your stay.

- If you contact us for any type of maintenance issue we will ring the doorbell upon arrival and message you through the platform if there is no answer. Should there be no response, we will proceed to enter the home to take care of the maintenance issue for you.

**Important Note: After booking please provide a valid government issued photo ID within 72 hours. Reservation must be in the same name as the name on the credit or debit card used for payment and the government ID submitted. Please read the entire listing and booking agreement.
