Blackberry Sanctuary is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.

We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
