The Space:
You and your family can enjoy a spacious 3,909 sq ft resort home for up to 8, traveling together to the vacation capital of the world! The home is located just 12 miles from the happiest place on earth, Walt Disney World, and is centrally located inside the beautiful and gated Champions Gate Resort community.

The main spaces of the home:

- A luminous and inviting OPEN LIVING SPACE featuring comfortable sofa seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Plus, direct access to the private pool area. The perfect spot for downtime moments together at home.

- There is a DINING area with a table that can seat 6-8 comfortably for a relaxed meal at home. Plus, an outdoor dining table to seat another 6 on the covered patio area. It’s great to dine in and save money!

- There is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home, even the extras like a COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups, a BLENDER for afternoon beverages, and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups.

- A BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter for a quick snack or to help with meal preparation.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled within the heart of Central Florida lies the Villas at Champions Gate. The 20,000+ sq ft Oasis Clubhouse is a world-class center that features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.

Feel free to dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. If you're lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve to be pampered while on vacation. From the home to the Oasis center, you will experience just that!
While the little ones are enjoying themselves at the resort, playing the organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones, you too can enjoy yourself, worry-free!

Champions Gate features an 18-hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by the well accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Pool heat can be requested prior to arrival and is an additional $45/day.

Getting Around:
You have parking spaces in front of the home. You can also drive to the community Oasis Center if you do not want to walk.

Other Things to Note:
Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged with prior notice and are subject to a fee.

The pool can be heated for a fee of $45 per night and needs to be requested in advance. To ensure everyone's safety and a pleasant stay, kindly refrain from tampering with or dismantling the pool fence. In the event of any such actions, please be aware that a fee of $100 will be applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Guests have use of the BBQ and must be thoroughly cleaned. If not, a $50 fee will apply.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, such as shampoo and toilet paper, as well as some basic cleaning supplies. Please note that these are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.


You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be shared with you before arrival.
