Maple Lake is a full recreational, 830 acre, spring fed lake. Great fishing, hard sand bottom, super clear (20' clarity). This spacious home has 6,500 square feet. It is a craftsman home; tastefully decorated and equipped for your stay. There are six large bedrooms, the home has 4.5 baths. More than enough room for multiple families. Your family and friends will enjoy spending time together. The home has two big family rooms with fireplaces. You'll have fun playing pool/billiards, you can add a ping pong top to the pool table if that's more fun for you. The lower level bar area has two TV's, a dishwasher, ice maker, and beverage coolers. When it's time to wind down the movie room is a comfortable place to enjoy a show. There are game chests packed with games for hours of family/friend fun. There is a fooseball table, game/dining tables, piano, sauna, exercise room, hot tub, screened in patio, theater room, deck and porch areas. On the main level you'll be impressed with the chef's kitchen with two adjacent dining rooms- so large groups can share meals together. You can find peace and relaxation right off of the kitchen through the french doors in the beautiful sitting room - it's facing the lake with vaulted ceilings. The craftsmanship in this home is amazing!! The outdoor lake facing gazebo is an artists dream (bring your own supplies), kids play area, or quite hangout. Maple Lake is so beautiful; there is 100 feet of usable lakeshore, we've saved a dock space for your boat, the dock has seating, and steps into the water play area. You can swim and relax on the floating raft. Or maybe you would enjoy using the paddle board and kayaks. There is a fire ring with lakeside chairs. The garage has lots of yard games for your enjoyment.

Large bedrooms; 4 king, 2 queen. The bedrooms are large enough for multi family stays, with each bedroom holding a family. Extra sleeping items besides the beds include 2 blow up queen mattresses, single rollout bed, futon, and a pack and play. The bathrooms have whirlpool tubs and showers. Large spacious master BR has full en-suite; a retreat within the retreat! We have stocked the house with linens, soaps, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cookware, grill, and dishes are provided. Kid friendly items include a high chair and pack and play. Equiped with a washer and dryer and wifi. Parking: 3 car garage and outdoor parking. Close to all the excitement Alexandria has to offer; golf, winery's, activities, and shops. Sorry no pets or smoking. No parties. 10:00 pm quite time - per the Douglas County ordinance. Check in and check out are Wednesdays with a 7 night minimum stay during the peak summer season.
