At Mammoth Property Rentals, you'll find this exquisite home sits on top of a Knoll with amazing views of the mountains and is surrounded by mature pine trees. The home is 2000 sq. feet with two car garage and can sleep 8. The kitchen and living space is renovated with everything you need to host amazing meals, while overlooking the breathtaking views of the mountains.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed with on ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo, and the 3rd guest bedroom has two double beds with a walk in closet. There are large closets in the master and the second guest bedroom also.

Outside, you'll find two decks, one in the back with amazing views and one in the front where one can see neighbors walking to the knolls trail with their family and their dogs. The home is located just several blocks from Minaret Street which is the Main Street that goes to the Mammoth Mountain main lodge. There are bus stops across from the village to take people to the mountain.

The home is a five minute walk to the village and less than 5 min walk to the Knolls trail. The village has a gondola that goes to Canyon lodge. There are many shops and restaurants plus bars. The village is where many events happen and is steps away from the beautiful Westin hotel and the new Limelight hotel being built. The Westin has a wonderful restaurant and bar to visit.
