Welcome to Barefoot Bungalow, a true Dune Allen delight! With beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Dune Allen Beach is the perfect beach community for families looking for a more secluded, yet luxurious vibe. Every inch of this home is outfitted with comfort & quality in mind…elegant furnishings, exquisite lighting, & unique beach chic home decor. Every detail was considered and no expense was spared!

The lovely kitchen and dining space with comfortable seating to entertain and enjoy time spent with the family. The living room features a fantastic space for taking in gulf views & coastal breezes while overlooking the backyard, deck space, and private pool/hot tub. Bedrooms and bathrooms are airy & bright, with every modern convenience made available. And out back, the fun really begins! Barefoot Bungalow offers a beautifully designed outdoor area with a heated pool, hot tub, furnished sundeck, in-ground trampoline, gas grill, & outdoor dining set for those looking to dine alfresco. This property is pet friendly, $150 non-refundable fee per pet will apply. A large dog crate can be made available for an additional fee.

Barefoot Bungalow is professionally managed by Sea & Stay 30A & is best rented though our website. Parties, events, & smoking are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Last minute change of plans
Our vacation plans changed at the last minute and we found this property with less than a day’s notice. It was exactly as advertised and the host was very attentive to any questions we had. We especially appreciated all the seafood utensils provided, since we didn’t have time to plan our menu. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Vacation
The property was exactly as pictured in all of the photos it exceeded our expectations! It was just across 30A to walk to Stinky’s Fishcamp restaurant, beautiful views of the ocean very nice almost private beach. The kitchen was well appointed. We cooked several nights and had every single thing that we needed. The air conditioner fans were amazing. The pool was fabulous. I graded a 10 out of 10.

Well appointed house with pool, trampoline, and easy beach access. Grandkids l Ived pool and trampoline. Andy fulfilled our every need and was quick to respond. He far exceeded other property managers we have had on different properties along 30A throughout the years. Adjacent houses are close, but not loud. Highly recommend and will stay in again!

This is an immaculate home that is beautifully decorated with all of the essentials for an amazing stay at the beach. The property management company was excellent and replied to all of my questions within the hour. The beds are plush and extremely comfortable!

Everything was wonderful! Everything we needed. The pool was beautiful! There is technically no direct beach access from the house. It’s a short walk down Fort Panic Road. But our neighbors were sweet and let us use their stairs to the beach right outside the back gate! Great location great house! Loved it and would book again!

Most amazing place
This property was stunning. The owners have thought of everything! The location is unbeatable and so beautiful with access to the beach feet away from the fenced back yard. The kitchen had every single item you could ever need. The quality of the home, finishings, furniture and everything in the kitchen were top drawer. The pool and hot tub were a dream and so clean. Andy, the manager, was so responsive and accommodating. We had one issue with the neighbors and Andy responded to my email within five minutes. The inground trampoline was a huge hit! I cannot say enough good things about this property and management. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING!!
The house was perfect for our family. There was more than enough space for 4 adults and our toddler. The pool was a life saver when it got hot, and the views were amazing out back with the sun setting. We will definitely stay at this place again. It is right across from a restaurant and close to more restaurants, so it was easy to order to go and eat on the back patio to watch the sunset.

House was nicely appointed with everything that you could possibly need. Wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable.
