It offers the perfect blend of serene atmosphere while being moments away from the vibrant aspects of the city—a true best-of-both-worlds experience.

The Space:
Hermosa Hacienda has been completely renovated (new build), featuring beautiful and tasteful elegant décor. Experience luxury in every corner of this enchanting retreat featuring a heated pool and jacuzzi. This luxurious apartment, Suite de Sol, is a charming retreat with a cozy and stylish atmosphere. This one-bedroom gem can host up to four guests, featuring a queen bed, an additional day bed, and a full bathroom. The open-concept brand new eat-in kitchen enhances the inviting atmosphere, providing a perfect setting for culinary delights. The neutral décor sets a soothing backdrop, encouraging you to unwind and connect with the natural beauty around. With direct patio access overlooking the pool, Suite de Sol is a delightful and convenient unit, perfect for those seeking a blend of comfort and outdoor proximity. The patio doors open to the pool area, where lounge chairs and umbrellas promise relaxation under the warm sun, creating a vibrant and comfortable space.

On the estate grounds is a large outdoor area for gathering with others to enjoy a refreshing swimming pool and expansive yard. Picture-perfect outdoor seating areas adorned with cool lights create a magical ambiance, inviting you to unwind beneath the shade of the estate's ancient Oak Trees.

The Plantation offers four separately decorated suites, providing privacy and comfort for each guest. If desired, these suites can be opened up to each other, ideal for large family gatherings, retreats, corporate events, reunions, and more, accommodating a total of 20 guests. Historically, the property was an old oak tree farm, surrounded by ancient oak trees that create a magical experience. The trees lining the entrance are illuminated with twinkle lights, making evenings on the front porch breathtaking.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
-No smoking or vaping inside units or near exits, the lanai, and shared spaces, including the pool deck. Designated smoking areas are near the recycling bin; dispose of refuse properly.
- Pool use for those under 16 requires adult supervision; no horseplay or diving allowed.
- Observe quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Prepare for mosquitoes with bug spray; extinguish outdoor bug repellent devices after use; keep doors/windows closed after dusk.
- No parties or large gatherings; additional guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Replacement fees WILL APPLY for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, décor, or equipment.
- Towels, linens, and toiletries provided; refrain from taking them to avoid additional fees.
- Clean up after pets and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Conserve energy; turn off air conditioning when opening windows/patio doors.
- Be careful with food, beverages, and sunscreen products to protect indoor furnishings.
