This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is the perfect place to unwind while gazing onto the horizon from the spacious balcony. All room have an amazing ocean view. Dine on the deck after preparing dinner in the large gourmet kitchen, loaded with everything you need.
As you step into the villa, you are greeted by an open and airy living area, thoughtfully designed with large windows to maximize the panoramic ocean view, which open to a large balcony where you can relax and unwind. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV near the breakfast bar and kitchen. The large balcony has two outdoor tables with comfortable chairs and a large propane grill.
Enjoy the two spacious and luxurious bedrooms with ocean view and open to the balcony. Wake up to a restful slumber to the sound of waves. Both bedrooms have their own TV’s and the master bedroom has a private bathroom. Enjoy a relaxing shower or a bath in the guest bathroom. The third bed is an inflatable mattress which fits in the family room.
The large kitchen is fully equipped to create your favorite gourmet meals. With all modern appliances you have all the necessities and space for more than one cook in the kitchen. Dine on the large balcony, at the dining table, or the counter bar.
The villa accommodates up to 6 people as does the included golf cart. Explore Avalon in your private golf cart using the map included in the villa. The third bed is a queen-size blow-up mattress.
All guests can enjoy the many amenities in the Hamilton Cove Community. The clubhouse has a pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Stroll down to the secluded beach where you can BBQ at the picnic tables, play volleyball or badminton on the beach volleyball court. There is a half basketball court and children’s playground by the secluded beach as well. The community also includes a croquet course, tennis courts, and a 18 hole putting course.
