As our guests, enjoy exclusive access to the home and property with no shared spaces. Your check-in code will be sent an hour prior to arrival for easy access.


Other things to note

Your safety and comfort are our utmost concerns. For security, outdoor cameras are installed around the property’s perimeter, but rest assured, there are no indoor cameras to maintain your privacy in our peaceful setting.

Please adhere to the House Manual and these guidelines below to ensure a pleasant stay and good neighborly relations:

1) No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Any violation will lead to a loss of the security deposit and an extra de-smoking fee, resulting in a $1,000 penalty.

2) Quiet Hours: Amplified music and outdoor activities are not permitted after 9 pm to maintain neighborhood tranquility.

3) Guest Count: Inform us about the exact number of guests. Unreported extra guests will be charged $50 per person, per night starting at 10pm.

4) No Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without a refund and noise levels are monitored.

5) Pets: Pets are welcome but need to be declared at booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee, double the standard rate, is applied to ensure an allergen-free environment for all guests. Not disclosing may incur additional fees.

6) Fireplace Use: The fireplace is for decoration only. Please do not light any fires.

7) Cleanliness: We request you to keep the property clean and avoid wearing shoes inside. If any piece of furniture is moved, but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100.

8) Doors: Keep doors closed to prevent the entry of insects and animals.

9) Trash Disposal: Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Also, prior to your check-out we kindly ask you to properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. If staying through Monday, please put out the trash bins for Tuesday collection and bring them back afterwards.
FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests ARE NOT allowed to put food down in the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more from us having to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

10) Parking: Use street parking or the driveway, and heed all parking signs to avoid penalties. There are two dedicated spots; please refer to the House Manual. Please do not block the sidewalk.

11) Security Camera Tampering: Tampering with or disabling security cameras at the doorbell is prohibited. Violations result in a $500 fine and potential eviction. Your cooperation in maintaining guest security is valued.

12) Check-out time: Please be considerate of timing since our cleaners have a tight schedule, and they will come right after your check-out time to clean up the property and prepare it for the next guests. Every started hour of being late to check out will be charged $50/h
