We invite you to the Royal Pacific View. Sleep well in king size beds, lounge on a big comfy couch with pillows and blankets while watching a 4k LED smart TV, relax in a top of the line hot tub jacuzzi year round under cover, and the pièce de résistance: find peace while looking out at a breathtaking panoramic ocean and mountain view.
The suite is the lower half of the house, it requires stairs to get to and from, it has plenty of natural light, and high ceilings. Choose to lower the black out blinds in the bedrooms, or leave them open so you can wake up with the sunrise and spectacular views right from your bed.
You might be lucky enough to see wildlife during your stay; we have humpbacks and orcas that frequent the area as well as bald eagles flying over us daily. In just a 4 minute drive you can be down at Neck Point: one of the best ocean side parks on the island. Neck Point has a beautiful trail, and has access to the ocean in a multiple spots. The suite is also a 5 minute drive to Walmart, Costco, Superstore, and the mall. The property is close to many restaurants, we have great recommendations if you'd like.
We would love to host you. This is our home, we aren't doing this as a huge business, it's simply a way to help pay our rising bills. We ask that you treat our home with respect and we will be here to help you with anything you need during your stay, while giving you your privacy as if it was a private vacation condo. You will have exclusive use of the hot tub, we ask that you please read the instructions to avoid injuries and any costly damage to the hot tub. There is a half kitchen in your suite, with a small electric oven, an air fryer, a two induction stovetop burners, microwave, a mini fridge with separate freezer, a griddle cook top, blender, kettle, nespresso machine, regular coffee pod machine, as well as pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs, silverware, and glassware. Your private, covered patio has a BBQ with a side burner. You'll have access to ultra high speed-wifi, we have Shaw fiber 1000 mb/s (1 gig). We live above the suite and we are extra quiet if anyone is in there but you may hear a floor creak while we tippy toe around.
We also have a nice lawn in the backyard, exclusively for you. We are centrally located and only a 2 and a half hour drive to Tofino, only 1 and a half hours to Victoria, either destination makes a great addition to any Vancouver Island vacation. We have more recommendations if you ask. The house has 3 security cameras on the exterior for safety and security, none of the cameras are pointed at the hot tub or your patio. We have a strict rule of no smokers allowed on the property due to a health condition, no exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs or cats due to allergies, no exceptions. The neighborhood has a quiet time of 10:00pm, this must also be adhered to, so if you do not wish to have quiet time at 10:00pm then please find another place to stay. There is free parking on our driveway, reserved for you. The suite has about 10 stairs to get around the side of the house, shown in photo.
We know the quality of BNB's have gone downhill with "hosts" who own multiple houses and aren't even around, we've seen some that offer low quality with no essentials; however, we are here for you, we have high quality sheets and soft towels, and we will supply the essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, nespresso pods, coffee pods, cream & sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, etc. Book with confidence knowing we strive for 5 stars every time.
