Escape to the coastal charm of Seal Beach with this newly furnished 1-bedroom apartment, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience just steps away from the sand. This seaside retreat is ideal for those seeking a relaxed lifestyle with modern amenities.

This home is settled in a small beach town with all the amenities within a short distance. Within walking distance is Main Street featuring a variety of flavors to try — Thai, Mexican, Japanese, and Italian restaurants all call Main Street home along with an assortment of breakfast spots where you can have Nick’s famous breakfast burrito at Nick’s Deli on Main or grab a coffee at Bogart’s and walk the pier. Take a surf lesson on the north side of the pier or go on a run around town and take in the charm of the town and the streets lined with beautiful flowers and trees.
Should you wish to venture outside of the immediate area, Seal Beach is perfectly situated for all activities. 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knott’s, 7 miles from Aquarium of the Pacific, and 20 miles from Pelican Hill Golf Club. You can head to Sunset Beach and kayak or paddle board through Huntington Harbor or drive 30 minutes to an Angels baseball game. We hope you will make our home a getaway you will never forget!

A Perfect Beach Getaway at Old Towne Seal Beach
My recent stay at the Old Towne unit in Seal Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming atmosphere and the convenience of this lovely property. Location: The location is ideal for a relaxing beach vacation. Just a short walk to the beautiful Seal Beach and the vibrant downtown area with its quaint shops and delicious eateries. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy both the sand and the local culture. Accommodation: The unit itself is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in their property. The decor is stylish and comfortable, creating a cozy yet elegant environment. The living space is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities: The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, which made cooking our own meals a breeze. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights.
