Allow us to help you make your trip unforgettable by enjoying our spacious backyard with an inground pool, cozy firepit, hot tub and we've even thought of your little ones by fencing off the property and including a fun playground area.
Pet Policy
- Dogs must be housetrained and well behaved.
- They are not allowed in the beds or on the furniture.
- Please promptly clean up after them in the yard.
- They may not be left alone in the house unless they are crated.
- They should be supervised at all times around the yard as snakes and even coyotes are common in the desert.
- They should always be on a leash in the neighborhood.
- Sorry, no puppies.
- Accidents or damages may incur an additional fee.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

* Please refrain from accessing the breaker box, instead reach out for help so we can assist.

Here's the bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: Cal queen
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: 2 full size beds = 1 bunk
Living room: 1 Queen Air Mattress
Living room: Couch/sofa bed

The living room couch is equipped with a couch bed. If you pushed the ottoman up against the couch, two people could sleep there (there is a designated sheet/cover to hold it together and that makes a full size bed)

From the moment you enter, you'll feel right at home. We've fully equipped the home with our guest in mind. You'll have everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway. This includes two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each, and two twin sized bunk beds in the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up a delicious meal. The backyard is fully fenced off perfect for bringing along your furry friends. We do have a pet fee of $95 per night or $150 flat fee with stays of 6 days or more. The backyard also features a large inground pool, sun loungers, playground, outdoor dinning area, outdoor seating area, firepit, BBQ Grill, Beer pong table and hot tub. We are also perfectly located only 15 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park entrance (29 Palms gate and 20 minutes from the Joshua Tree gate).
