This 6 bedroom home is located at the Solterra Resort; a gated community with fantastic resort amenities. Featuring a clubhouse with a large resort pool, waterslide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Float down the lazy river, or relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

You can park one car in the garage, and two in the driveway.

Property Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the unit.

Resort Access:
Guest have access to the Solterra Resort clubhouse, which offers amenities such as tennis courts, club trails, a gymnasium, a restaurant, and a fantastic swimming pool complete with an amazing water slide and a lazy river. The pricing is as follows: $37.45 for groups of 1-12 people, and $48.15 for groups of 13 and more. The resort fee applies for the entire duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

You can fill your days with fun at the resort. Join the kids for some thrills down the water slide, play a game of tennis or volleyball. Perhaps you can enjoy a cool drink at the poolside Tiki bar after running a mile on the treadmill in the fitness center? Enjoy lunch in the clubhouse café – no need to hop in a car and leave the resort.

1. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request.
