Lake Forest is a secluded community located near the Sea Pines' front gate convenient to the Plantation's many amenities while providing easy access to the rest of the island. It is adjacent to the forest preserve which features two scenic lagoons and an ancient Indian shell ring - remnant of a native American village that existed 4,000 years ago. Lake Forest is nestled among live oaks and wildlife for your peaceful enjoyment.

Lake Forest is a short ride to Harbour Town's scenic yacht basin with its signature golf course, iconic lighthouse, water front restaurants, shops and live entertainment.

Our villa is a ten minutes walk, via a paved path through the forest preserve, to Sea Pines' public beach and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets.

Our guests have free use of Lake Forest's unsupervised community pool and tennis courts which are only a one minute walk from our front door.

Our villa is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath one story unit with an open floor plan that can comfortably accommodate four guests. Amenities include hardwood floors, updated kitchen, washer/dryer, Smart TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

The main floor features a comfortable living room that overlooks a rear deck with panoramic views of a large lagoon. The living room has a 55" Smart TV. The dining area has a table that seats five.

The rear deck overlooks a peaceful lagoon. It features a patio table with two chairs and a propane gas grill. It's an ideal venue for watching the wildlife, enjoying morning coffee or quiet reading.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32" Smart TV and an en-suite full bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite full bath with a combination tub/shower.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.
