Beach Access: This property is oceanfront and the complex has a path direct to the beach.

Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

Parking: 2 vehicle max

Car Passes: Palmetto Dunes requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $35/week per vehicle. These must be ordered in advance.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy requires you to cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in for a full refund. It's recommended to purchase vacation rental insurance. The rental company does not issue refunds for acts of nature or other events beyond their control. Trip insurance is offered at booking.

Permit: 74638
