PARKING: Community garage (2 vehicles, passes required). Guest can park in any open space, but they MUST pick up their parking passes from the front desk upon arrival.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed at the home or in the home!

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Per HOA Regulations: Golf Cart(s) are NOT ALLOWED on the complex grounds.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
