River's Edge Retreat in Pagosa Springs

The space
Downstairs you can enjoy great views from the wall of windows in the family room and dining room or cozy up with a fire in the wood burning stove. The kitchen is well appointed with all the equipment to make cooking up a meal a breeze. In addition, there is one bedroom with a king bed and a bonus room with a pull out sofa, a full bathroom and the laundry room. Upstairs lies the peaceful retreat of a large loft with a king size bed and another full bathroom.

Outdoors, you can relax on the covered porch, sit for a while by the fire pit down by the river or take a soak in the hot tub.

The oversized garage is available for parking along with a full size ping pong table for added fun.
