Located on the second floor, this charming flat greets you with two inviting bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen.

Upon entering the living room, bask in the overflow of sunlight through expansive panoramic windows that surround you, creating an ethereal ambiance. A dedicated space for relaxation awaits travelers after full days of exploring London - a large, inviting couch perfect for unwinding, watching TV, spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in board games, or delving into a good book.

The dining area, strategically positioned between the living space and kitchen, is perpetually bathed in natural light and arranged for up to six adults, providing an inviting spot for shared meals.

The kitchen is a culinary haven, fully stocked and equipped with all necessary appliances to facilitate both culinary masterpieces and quick bites, ensuring convenience whenever the mood to create delicious meals.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom features a comfortable double-size bed. Both beds are adorned with fresh, new linens, and ample storage is available for clothing. The master bedroom additionally offers a vanity area.

The sanitary area is impeccably maintained, featuring a pristine bathtub alongside fresh towels and toiletries.

The apartment exudes a cozy atmosphere, thanks to the high-quality wooden floors that contribute to its warm ambiance.

Step onto the beautiful balcony when you crave a breath of fresh air, providing a tranquil outdoor retreat within the comfort of your own space.

For your convenience, a baby cot is available upon request for your little ones. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to make use of this amenity during your stay.

Cleaning is diligently carried out before your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment. Your home away from home awaits, embracing you with comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property, prosecution fee is £500
