So much is close by, including Cactus League games at Scottsdale Stadium (one mile), world-class restaurants and art galleries in Old Town Scottsdale (one mile), and upscale shopping at Fashion Square (two miles). Whether you spend your days hiking Camelback Mountain (three miles) or visiting ASU (six miles), you'll be greeted back home by grounds that include two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, and a grilling area.
The condo is full of thoughtful touches, from the wide balcony doors that let in the morning sunlight to the lofty ceilings draped with greenery. It's a comfortable space to relax and unwind, offering plush sofas and a smart TV in the living room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and room to dine at both the breakfast bar and around the dining room table.
Begin each morning with coffee and a newspaper on the furnished balcony and end each evening in the inviting bedroom. There are even two workspaces where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
