PLEASE NOTE:
These three townhomes are not connected but are very close in proximity and are all in the same general area. Two of them are across the street from each other, and the third one is two blocks behind the first two. You are able to walk to each townhome with ease. These townhomes are perfect for a group that wants to have their own space to go back to after a fun day in Nashville!

Unit #1016 is a 4 Bedroom town home.

1st level:
2 car garage (we do not provide garage door openers; you'll need to open it from inside the home).
Bedroom #1- King size bed, T.V
*En-suite Full Bathroom with walk-in shower and walk in closet
2nd level:
*half bath
Bedroom #2- Full size bunks (small patio with 2 chairs), no T.V in this room
Living room - Queen size pull out and twin cot. (No air mattress!)
Full kitchen with an island that sits 4 and a dining table for 6. We have two coffee makers- one for drip coffee and one Keurig for pods
3rd level:
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen size beds, a TV, and 2 Twin size cots.
*En-suite Full Bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet.
Bedroom #4- King size bed, T.V.
*En-suite Full bathroom with walk-in shower and walk in closet.
-Washer and dryer are on 3rd level.
-Rooftop is on the 4th level.

Unit #1029 is a 4 Bedroom town home as well.
*LAYOUT
*1st level:

*2nd level: Kitchen/Living room. Dining table seats 6, island seats 5. Couch is a queen size sleeper sofa. We have two coffee makers. One keurig and one drip coffee maker.
- Bedroom #2. King en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, no tv.
*3rd level:
Bedroom #3. Two single beds-each with a single size trundle= 4 single beds. Walk in closet, Tv. *****Patio is just off this bedroom with seating for 5. True Jack and Jill bathroom with Tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #4. King bed (shares Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3). Walk in closet, no tv.
Washer and Dryer are on the 3rd level.

Unit #1119 Layout
*First floor-
Our guests can use the garage as needed but you will need to open it from inside the house. We do not provide a garage door opener.
*Second floor-
Kitchen with two coffee makers, one drip and one Keurig machine for pods. There are two living/sitting areas on this floor.
Living/sitting area #1 is off of the kitchen, near the fridge that has barn doors and can be used as a bedroom. There is a pull-out couch and a half bath in this sitting area.
Living/sitting area #2 is on the other side of the kitchen and features a queen-size pull-out couch, a chair that folds down to a single bed, and a tv.
*Third floor
Bedroom #1- King bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #2- Queen bed with attached Jack and Jill Bathroom that can also be accessed from the hall. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.
*Fourth floor- ROOFTOP with a couple couches for you to use and enjoy.
*We do provide a queen size air mattress along with the needed linen.
You will have full access to all 3 townhomes.
We are local and available at any time but will not be at the property unless needed.
