The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate coastal retreat only steps from the beach access. The home includes a fenced backyard with a private swimming pool, hot tub, volley ball court and a bar area with a TV. The rec room includes the pool table, a TV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave. Three bedrooms include private suites with a King or Queen bed and TVs, while another features a duo bunk and TV. A full hall bath and laundry complete this ground level.

Ascend to the top level's beautifully decorated open living space with dining and kitchen areas complete with a large TV and ocean views. Two sun decks offer a perfect backdrop for relaxation. There are also four Queen bedrooms ensuring everyone in your group as a comfortable and private space to unwind.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
